4. Account Deletion & Data Removal

Users can delete their personal data by selecting "Delete Account" in the settings section of the App. This will remove stored personal data from our servers.

However, subscriptions, transactions, and purchases are managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account in the app will not cancel any active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions directly through:

• Apple App Store (Manage Subscriptions)
• Google Play Store (Manage Subscriptions)

5. No Class Action Lawsuits

Users waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuits related to privacy claims.

6. Arbitration Agreement

Privacy disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
