Goldfinger Actress Margaret Nolan Dies at 76

Margaret Nolan, who starred in the James Bond film "Goldfinger" has died. She was 76. Nolan is known for her body being completely covered with gold paint at the beginning of the film. She also starred in the film as a masseuse named Dink.  

The announcement was made by Director Edgar Wright, who recently worked with Nolan on "Last Night in Soho".

"It's my sad duty to report that actress and artist, the magnificent Margaret Nolan has passed away," said Wright. "She was the middle of Venn diagram of everything cool in the 60's; having appeared with the Beatles, been beyond iconic in Bond and been part of the Carry On cast too."

He went on to say, "I'm so glad I got to know her. My heart goes out to her family and all that loved her. She will be much missed. "

Nolan is survived by her two sons - cinematographer Oscar Deeks, and Luke O'Sullivan.
