Bionic Woman Cancelled
According to the Hollywood.com The Bionic Woman is the latest series to be canceled this year, following poor ratings and the WGA strike. The show had debuted with a strong viewing of 14 million people for the first episode. By the time they aired their eight episode, however, that number dropped down to 6 million.

According to an insider, "This is devastating news for the cast. They loved working on the program. Michelle Ryan (Jamie Summers) is going to be very upset. This was a huge break for her--a chance in a lifetime". They go on to say that, "The show has been criticized. People complained about the poor storyline. But the writers have hardly any time to work with the characters. They were just getting used to them."

Journeyman, another new NBC show, has been canceled as well.
