Batman: Caped Crusader Axed by HBO Max

Batman: Caped Crusader has been removed from HBO Max. The animated series from executive producers Bruce Timm, J.J. Abrams, and Matt Reeves, is just one of several titles that the streamer is cutting.

Other animated titles include Merry Little Batman, The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Toons Movie, Bye Bye Bunny: A Looney Toons Musical, Did I Do That to the Holidays: A Steve Urkel Story, and The Amazing World of Gumball: The Movie.

The series, which was given the greenlight back in 2021,  is reportedly being shopped around for a new home.
