When a high-tech smart toy named Lilypad (voiced by Greta Lee) arrives in a child's playroom, Buzz, Woody, and Jessie find themselves facing their most modern threat yet — a tablet-powered frog whose idea of “playtime” leaves little room for imagination. As the gang scrambles to understand a new digital generation, Lilypad's artificial intelligence begins to challenge what being a “toy” really means.
