Bram Stoker's Dracula Sequel in The Works

The sequel to Bram Stoker's novel "Dracula" will begin shooting next year, according to Dark Horizons.com.  The film will be titled "The Un-Dead", and is currently being written in novel form and set to be released in October of 2009.

The film will take place in 1912 London, and will feature someone who stalks those who defeated Dracula 25 years prior.

Dacre Stoker, Bram's great-grandnephew and Ian Holt, the award-winning Dracula documentarian, have access to Bram's hand written notes from his novel, from which they will develop the story.

The film will be written by Ian Holt and Alexander Galant and will be produced by Jan de Bont, Ken Atchity, Chi-Li Wong, and Michael T. Kuciak.

The film, which is the first to be endorsed by the Stoker family since 1931's original Dracula movie, will begin shooting in June of next year.
