"True Lies" Hitting the Small Screen

"True Lies", the 1994 smash hit film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, will be adapted into a series that will air on ABC. James Cameron will produce the series.

The film focused on Harry Tasker, played by Schwarzenegger, who is living a double life. He is a spy, but his family doesn't know that. He pulls off his "boring" everyday man routine so much so that his wife, played by Jamie Lee Curtis, eventually finds herself in need of a little excitement. When Harry plans what he thinks will be a harmless stunt to put some spice in their marriage, he unknowingly gets them both involved in a battle against Middle Eastern terrorists.

The series is expected to hit the air in 2011.
