Michael Mann to Direct Fast Paced "Go Like Hell"
Michael Mann is set to be closing a deal to direct the 20th Century Fox film, "Go Like Hell". The film will tell the true story of the 1966 competition between Ford and Ferrari, and how the Le Mans race was won for the first time with an American car.

The film will follow the story of Henry Ford II, Lee Iacocca and Carroll Shelby as they enter the world of European racing. They eventually wound up developing the Ford GT40, which was not only the first American car to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans, but won it for years in a row.

No cast has been announced yet, but it is said that Brad Pitt is interested in playing one of the lead roles.
