Privacy Policy - Movie Deals+ App

Movie Deals+ does not provide accounts or accept user-submitted content. The App has no public profiles, comments, replies, ratings, reviews, photo uploads, text submissions, or other social-posting features.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how FlickDirect Inc. ("FlickDirect," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through the Movie Deals+ application for supported Apple devices and related services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy does not govern information collected independently by Apple, advertisers, analytics providers, movie retailers, merchants, or other third parties under their own policies.
2. No Accounts or User-Submitted Content
Movie Deals+ does not require or offer account registration. The App does not ask you to create a username or profile and does not provide fields for submitting comments, reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, messages, or other content to FlickDirect or the public.
Choosing a movie, saving a title to a wishlist, setting an alert, or changing an App preference is an interaction with an App feature, not public or user-submitted content.
3. Information That May Be Processed
Although the App does not collect user-submitted content, Movie Deals+ and its service providers may process limited technical information that is not linked to your identity, including:
- Usage data: App interactions, features viewed or selected, advertising interactions, and general product activity.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, performance data, and technical information used to maintain and improve the App.
- App preferences: wishlist selections, alert choices, and settings needed to provide requested functionality. Depending on the feature, this information may be stored on your device or processed by a service provider.
- Notification information: if you enable notifications, Apple and notification-service providers may process the technical information needed to deliver alerts.
- Purchase status: Apple may provide subscription or entitlement status needed to unlock paid features. FlickDirect does not receive your complete payment-card number.
4. How Information Is Used
Technical and usage information may be used to operate App features, remember preferences, deliver requested alerts, display and measure advertising, understand feature performance, diagnose crashes, prevent misuse, improve the Services, and comply with law.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Personalization
The App may use advertising and analytics services. These providers may process non-linked usage data, advertising data, crash data, and performance data under their own policies and our configurations. Where required, the App or Apple will request permission or provide privacy controls.
Some laws may describe certain advertising activity as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or "cross-context behavioral advertising" even when personal information is not sold for money. You can manage tracking and advertising permissions in the privacy settings on your Apple device.
6. Apple App Store Purchases and Subscriptions
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions under Apple's terms and privacy policy. FlickDirect does not collect or store your complete payment-card or Apple Account credentials. Manage billing, cancellation, and refund requests through your Apple Account or Apple subscription support.
7. Movie Retailers, Affiliate Links, and Third-Party Services
Movie Deals+ may link to Apple or other merchants where a movie can be purchased or rented. FlickDirect may receive compensation from qualifying transactions at no additional cost to you. Those parties may collect information directly from you, and their privacy practices govern their services and transactions.
8. Data Retention
FlickDirect retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for App functionality, analytics, security, legal compliance, or another disclosed purpose. Retention by Apple, advertising providers, analytics providers, and merchants is controlled by their respective policies. Preferences stored only on your device may be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No application, Internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and the App does not offer accounts or user-submitted content. If you believe a child has provided personal information to FlickDirect through an external support channel, contact us so we can review the request.
11. Privacy Choices and Requests
You can disable notifications, limit tracking, reset advertising permissions, or uninstall the App through your Apple device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by FlickDirect. Because Movie Deals+ does not offer accounts, we may have little or no information that can reasonably be associated with you. We may need information to verify and respond to a request.
12. International Processing
FlickDirect is based in the United States. Technical information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your country.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in App features, service providers, disclosures, or law. We will post the revised Policy and update the effective date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before materially different processing.
