Even before the summer 2007 release of Spiderman 3, Marvel has hinted there will be a Spiderman 4 and possibly many more. "We already have stacks of ideas for the next one because of the wealth of stories in the comics. We could be making Spider-Man movies for the next 20 years, based on the 50 years of Spider-Man history we have." Said Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige.
He also suggested that there is a beginning middle and end to the process of creating the film saga but if they keep topping themselves with each successive film it opens the door to more possibilities with Spiderman.
Starring Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco, Rosemary Harris, J.K. Simmons, Thomas Haden Church, and Topher Grace,Spiderman 3 opens May 4th 2007. Sam Raimi returns to direct.
