Rosamund Pike, who played Andromeda in Clash of the Titans, is currently in negotiations for the female lead role in "One Shot", co-starring Tom Cruise.

The film will be and adaptation of the Lee Child series of novels.  Pike would be playing Helen Rodin, a defense attorney who is defending a man who is accused of murdering 5 people. Cruise will be playing Jack Reacher, who is a retired military policeman who is investigating the case of the alleged shooter.

The film will be released by Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions.
