Pitbull Composes First Motion Picture Score with Gotti
Grammy Award®-winning performer Pitbull has composed the original motion picture score for the upcoming biopic Gotti, starring John Travolta. He has also written and performed an original song for the film's end credits.

"I could not have been more excited about it when I heard," said Pitbull about the possibility of working on the project. "Music has played an integral part in the success of some of my biggest films, and Armando is one of the most electric talents in the music industry today. Everything about him: his style, creativity and culture make his scoring of ‘Gotti' the perfect marriage of the artist and the material."

He went on to say, "It's a true honor to be involved with this project and working with icon John Travolta on the legendary story of Gotti. By default, we were underdogs in our own right and found ways to survive against all odds."

Based on the book "Shadow of My Father" by John Gotti, Jr., Gotti is the incredible true story of John J. Gotti's rise to power to take the mantle of boss of the Gambino crime family and become the most dangerous criminal in modern history.

Starring along with Travolta are Kelly Preston, Spencer Lofranco, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Stacy Keach, Chris Mulkey, William DeMeo and Lydia Hull. Directed by Kevin Connolly from a script by Leo Rossi and Lem Dobbs, Gotti was produced by Randall Emmett, George Furla, Michael Froch, and Marc Fiore.

Gotti is slated for a June 15 release.
