Apple to Release Band of Brothers Follow Up Series

Apple has announced that they will be producing a new series called "Masters of the Air". It will be a follow-up to the Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks executive produced series "Band of Brothers" and "The Pacific".
"Masters of the Air" will be based on the book of the same name, which was written by Donald L. Miller. It tells the story of the American bomber pilots in World War II and will be written by "Band of Brothers" writer John Orloff.
Spielberg will executive produce alongside Hanks and Gary Goetzman for Playtone.
The series will be exclusive for the Apple TV Plus streaming service.
