The film follows the life of a young girl by the name of Louise who is unpopular in her high school. She comes to find out that she is a descendant from the witches of Salem, and therefore has inherited magical powers. She uses her new found power to make her popular.
The search still continues for a writer to update the script.
On a side note, Ashley Tisdale is also busy negotiating a reality show deal with the producers of "American Idol", as well as executive producing a show for the Disney Channel based on her life.
