Thomas Gibson, who stars on the CBS drama, "Criminal Minds", has been suspended from work after an on-set altercation. Allegedly, Gibson kicked a producer while filming in Los Angeles.

"There were creative differences on the set and a disagreement," Gibson said in a statement. "I regret that it occurred. We all want to work together as a team to make the best show possible. We always have and we always will."

The actor will be suspended for at least one episode, and his status on the show is "under review".
