"Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" is on track to become the highest-grossing movie since the pandemic.
It is expected to officially hit the mark today, with only $200 thousand more to pass "Black Widow". The film was released solely in theatres, as opposed to "Black Widow", which was released both theatrically and on-demand. It has grossed approximately $183.2 million so far, and is expected to hit $195.2 million by Sunday.
"Shang-Chi" also broke records with its Labor Day box office earnings, making $94.6 million domestically.
