Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios, in conjunction with FlickDirect, are offering Tampa-area movie fans free advance screening passes to CLAYFACE on Tuesday, October 20.
One of Batman's most recognizable villains gets his own horror film in CLAYFACE, the latest production from DC Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures. FlickDirect readers in the Tampa area can see the film early at a special advance screening on Tuesday, October 20, at AMC West Shore.
The story follows Matt Hagen, a rising Hollywood actor whose career and personal life are shattered when a brutal attack leaves him disfigured. Desperate to recover his appearance, Hagen agrees to an experimental treatment that promises to restore what he has lost.
The treatment works, but the consequences are far more disturbing than Hagen anticipated. As his desperation turns to anger, he becomes consumed by revenge, setting him on a path that transforms him into one of Gotham City's most dangerous figures.
Rather than following the traditional superhero formula, CLAYFACE approaches its central character through horror, exploring the consequences of an actor losing the very thing his career depends upon: his face.
