Final Destination (2000)

Final Destination Synopsis
Final Destination (2000) redefined supernatural horror with a chilling premise: What if death had a plan? After a high school student, Alex Browning (Devon Sawa), has a vivid premonition of a plane explosion, he panics and is forcibly removed from the flight with several classmates. Moments later, the aircraft explodes just as he foresaw. But escaping death once doesn't mean you're safe.
As Alex and the others try to move on, a terrifying pattern emerges—death is coming for them one by one, in the same order they would have died on the plane. With time running out and no way to stop fate, the survivors must unravel the clues and outwit an invisible force that won't rest until its plan is complete. Directed by James Wong and featuring Ali Larter and Kerr Smith, *Final Destination* launched a franchise and became a genre classic for its inventive, anxiety-inducing kills and relentless suspense.
