Beetlejuice Beetlejuice
Despite a stellar cast led by Michael Keaton and Wynona Ryder, the sequel falls flat, failing to recapture the charm and originality of the 1988 classic.
Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes
This time around the plot seems somewhat recycled and didn't grab my interest easily though I did enjoy Owen Teague and his interactions with Freya Allan.
Blink Twice
The location shoot in Mexico lends itself to both the opulent lifestyle and the secluded creepiness feel of a horror movie.
Gunner
Gunner is the type of movie that lacks imagination as the plot is recycled, the music is off the mark and many of the performances are simply mediocre.
My Penguin Friend
My Penguin Friend is a family-friendly, old-fashioned, heart-warming tale that is certain to please audiences of all ages while offering a lesson about nature.
Despicable Me 4
Despicable Me 4, the fourth in the series plus two Minion films, lacks in plot, but its intended audience likely won't mind.
IF
IF is one movie that has a terrific cast from Fleming to Reynolds and all the cameos who voice the IFs
The Bikeriders
The Bikeriders isn't a bad film, but it falls short of its potential, which I attribute mainly to writer/director Jeff Nichols.
