Disney Strikes Gold with Movie Downloads
The Walt Disney Company has sold over 125,000 downloadable versions of its films recently made available through iTunes.

Generating a purported excess $1,000,000 in revenue in one week for the entertainment giant, the new download service has proved extremely popular.

With its initial catalog of 75 films available for direct download, and plans to unveil more as time goes on, Disney plans to generate over $50 million by years end.
