Cinemacon day three is turning out to be the biggest and best so far.  The morning started with a breakfast and presentation from Entertainment Studios,  The company that brought us last year's underwater thriller 47 Meters Down (the highest-grossing independent film of the year) is hoping to once again entice us to the theaters.  Breakfast, however, focused more on the com[any itself with an impassioned speech from the founder, comedian Byron Allen.  His heartwarming tale of building a company from the ground up kept the audience engrossed and entertained.

From there the day moved on to the highly anticipated Universal Studios presentation and they most definitely did not disappoint.  With one and a half days of Cinemacon to go, I am boldly predicting that they will win the week with the most memorable show.  As they paraded out celebrity after celebrity, they showed clips for over ten films including the highly anticipated Glass and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.  As the presentation ended the audience was treated to a performance by Cher!  I mean, come on…Cher, Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas…You just can't ask for much more than that!

Then Focus Features presented more serious fare during a luncheon set for around 2000 people.  They spoke quickly about the Charlize Theron comedy, Tully and Pope Francis - A Man of his word.  They moved on to Won't You Be My Neighbor?, a documentary about the beloved Fred Rogers. They finished off strong with Blackkklansman, Boy Erased, On the Basis of Sex, and Mary Queen of Scots, bringing Saoirse Ronan to the stage to discuss her role.

The final presentation was for Paramount and they started with the announcement that a sequel to A Quiet Place is in the works. Living Legends Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen, Mary Steenburgen, and Diane Keaton stood out to introduce a clip from their film Book Club. The presentation continued with an untitled Tyler Perry film, several animated movies, a Dungeons and Dragons movie, a Top Gun Sequel, and finally a twenty-minute presentation from Tom Cruise introducing Mission: Impossible - Fall Out.

The day was full of laughter, fun, excitement, and some of the biggest stars in Hollywood today.   It was definitely memorable and a crowd-pleaser.
