Russell Crowe has signed on to star in "Marvel's Thor: Love and Thunder".
Crowe will be joining the cast that includes Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman; and Christian Bale. There's no word yet on what role he will be playing, but it was supposed to be a surprise cameo. After photos of Crowe on set leaked out, it was confirmed he was in the film.
Taika Waititi will return to direct, and the release date is set for May 6, 2022.
