Warrior Nun Cancelled After Two Seasons

"Warrior Nun" has been canceled by Netflix after two seasons. The news comes not too long after the release of the series' second season.

The series was based on the manga novels, and followed the story of a 19-year-old woman who awakens in a morgue with a divine artifact in her back. She finds herself now in the business of fighting demons on earth.

Alba Baptista leads a cast that also includes Kristina Tonteri-Young, Lorena Andrea, Toya Turner, Tristán Ulloa, Thekla Reuten, Sylvia De Fanti, and William Miller. Simon Barry was the creator and executive producer with Stephen Hegyes, David Hayter, and Terri Hughes Burton.
