FX is bringing the terrifying universe of "Alien: Earth" to life in Las Vegas with an immersive fan experience titled "The Wreckage." This free, open-to-the-public event will run for two nights only- Friday, May 16, and Saturday, May 17- from 6:00 p.m. to midnight at AREA15's South Lot.
Following a buzzworthy debut at SXSW in Austin, The Wreckage lands in Las Vegas with new interactive elements, pulse-pounding surprises, and an eerie atmosphere designed to plunge guests into the unsettling world of FX's upcoming sci-fi series. Visitors will walk through the remnants of the USCSS Maginot, a downed spacecraft shrouded in mystery, and uncover hidden details from "Alien: Earth", the highly anticipated series created by Noah Hawley.
As part of the activation, fans will encounter alien specimens recovered by Prodigy Corp, navigate through hazardous debris, and perhaps come face-to-face with unexpected threats, following reports of a containment breach within the site. Alongside the thrills, attendees can enjoy exclusive giveaways and themed photo opportunities, making this a must-visit for sci-fi lovers and series fans alike.
No RSVP is required to attend. More details can be found online for May 16 and May 17.
Set to premiere in Summer 2025, "Alien: Earth" stars Sydney Chandler as a young woman who, alongside a group of tactical soldiers, discovers a looming threat after a mysterious spacecraft crash-lands on Earth. The series also features an international ensemble cast including Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, and Babou Ceesay.
Whether you're a longtime "Alien" franchise fan or a newcomer looking for a thrill, The Wreckage promises an unforgettable, immersive adventure into one of television's most anticipated new series.
