Robbing banks is risky enough without broadcasting it to the internet. That's exactly what a crew of criminals does in HOW TO ROB A BANK, the new action thriller from director David Leitch. The story follows a group of bank robbers who turn their heists into viral entertainment, attracting a growing audience as they pull off increasingly daring crimes. Their newfound fame also attracts the attention of a veteran FBI agent and a talented software engineer, who begin piecing together the clues the crew has left online.
Even with investigators closing in, the robbers aren't ready to walk away. Instead, they push ahead with their most ambitious heist yet, risking their freedom and everything they believe in.
Leitch, whose previous films include Bullet Train, Atomic Blonde, and The Fall Guy, directs from a screenplay by Mark Bianculli. The cast includes Nicholas Hoult, Zoë Kravitz, Anna Sawai, Rhenzy Feliz, Christian Slater, Pete Davidson, and John C. Reilly.
The film is produced by Brian Grazer, Jeb Brody, Allan Mandelbaum, Kelly McCormick, and David Leitch, with Ben Ormand and Mark Bianculli serving as executive producers.
