Marvel Studios' Avengers: Doomsday Brings Gambit and H.E.R.B.I.E. Together for a New Dunkin' Commercial and Themed Menu

As anticipation continues to grow for Avengers: Doomsday, a new chapter in the Dunkin' and Marvel movie partnership opens. Returning as Gambit, Channing Tatum fuels up with a coffee and MUNCHKINS with some help from H.E.R.B.I.E. Could a robot buy you coffee too?

Previously, Tatum revealed that he would appear as Remy LeBeau/Gambit in Avengers: Doomsday. While that Raging Cajun was a fan favorite in Deadpool & Wolverine, people speculate about his role in the latest Marvel adventure. Everyone can agree that his quick wit and big personality will dominate the screen.

Giving fans a glimpse of his character in the new movie, the new Dunkin' commercial combines humor with a thirst for a coffee run. Luckily, these treats are available for everyone.

Speaking about this collaboration, Holly Frank, Vice President of Global Partnerships, Marvel Studios, said, "Marvel Studios' 'Avengers: Doomsday' brings heroes from across three universes together as they face an unthinkable threat. Dunkin' plays on these high stakes in a fun spot with Gambit and Herbie and experiential activations that invite fans to engage with the film through unexpected moments both inside and beyond its restaurants."

In the new Dunkin' commercial for its Avengers: Doomsday menu, Tatum, as Gambit, grabs a coffee and eats some MUNCHKINS. While H.E.R.B.I.E. might be buying for the Avengers, non-superheroes will have to find their own way to pay for the treats.

Gambit sips on the Iced Captain'ccino. This drink combines espresso, caramel flavor, and coffee milk. It is lightly blended and served over ice. The beverage is frothy, sweet, and a burst of deliciousness.

The specialty drink pairs well with the Doomsday & Avenging MUNCHKINS Donut Hole Treats. Additionally, it is tasty with the Doomsday Donut, the themed version of the Brownie Batter Donut.

While this food and beverage pairing is tasty, the Avengers: Doomsday menu features many options. Beverages include Clobbered Cloud Latte, Wakandan Daydream Refresher, Optic Blast Lemonade, Doom's Orders Energy, and Doom Cloud Latte.

The specialty drinks are inspired by heroes and villains. People can choose based on their alliance or by flavor.

Dunkin' is smart to offer both coffee drinks and fruit-forward refreshers. Having a wide drink range invites a bigger audience to participate in the experience. It turns a regular Dunkin' run into a themed adventure.

Additionally, Dunkin' will transform four select restaurants into immersive destinations. These Marvel Cinematic Universe experiences will have people traveling far and wide to step into the special event.

The locations and dates are as follows:

  • Los Angeles (Nov. 17): A Fantastic Four-themed restaurant at 6201 Hollywood Blvd. celebrating Marvel's First Family.
  • Chicago (Nov. 17): An X-Men-themed experience at 10 West Chicago Ave. celebrating the legendary mutant team.
  • New York City (Nov. 18): An Avengers-inspired takeover at 102 8th Ave. honoring Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
  • Boston (Nov. 18): A Doctor Doom takeover at 209 N Harvard St. in Allston, bringing one of Marvel's most iconic villains to Dunkin'.

From the local restaurant to one of these amazing takeovers, everyone will be running to Dunkin' to enjoy the specialty menu. The Avengers are ready to assemble with their drinks and donuts. Will you answer the call?
