According to IF Magazine, Fox is making a new live action film based on the popular anime series, "Cowboy Bebop". Fox itself hasn't officially announced the project as of yet, but there is information that the film will be released in 2010.
The rumor is that Keanu Reeves will be playing the character of Spike Spiegel. Spiegel is a former member of the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate who is haunted by his time in the organization.
This is just one of many Asian inspired projects to hit the big screen. Due out are "Dragonball", "Street Fighter", and "Tekken" as well as "Akira" and "Ghost in the Shell".
