It has been reported by the Sci-Fi Movie Page that both "Bangkok Dangerous" and "Babylon A.D." will not be holding any special advanced screenings for the press.
A correspondent who has seen Babylon A.D. said he has an idea why they aren't holding any special screenings. "Babylon A.D. is the sort of thing that would have starred either Christopher Lambert or Rutger Hauer in their straight-to-video heyday years ago".
The remake of "Bangkok Dangerous" will also pass on giving advanced screenings, and some say it comes as no surprise that both films are doing so, seeing as this is a weak time for movie releases.
