Smith had recently developed "The Karate Kid" for his son, Jaden. Now, Willow will be playing the title role in a remake of "Annie". The film is still in development stages, but is said to have Jay-Z attached to work on the music. Jay-Z worked with Willow on her pop single, "Whip My Hair".
