It's been reported that Angelina Jolie will be starring in a Luc Besson directed film for Universal.The film is said to be a sci-fi thriller. Talk are still going on, but things appear to be definite.

This film would likely be released before her film with Ridley Scott, which is based on Gertrude Bell. Bell was a British aristocrat who helped define the current Middle East and the borders of Iraq after the fall of the Ottoman Empire. Jolie will also be starring in "Maleficent", a new take on the Sleeping Beauty story.  

Currently, Jolie is awaiting the release of her film "In The Land Of Blood And Honey". She makes her debut as not only a director, but screenwriter for the project.
