After wrapping up the star studded movie Cloud Atlas, it seems that Andy and Lana Wachowski are not resting on their morals and are heading straight into their next project, Jupiter Ascending. With Warner Bros having reportedly offered the leading roles to Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis and although the plot is a closely guarded secret at the moment, maybe Warner Bros are hoping Tatum will become the new Keanu Reeves. Reeves who found worldwide fame playing the role of Neo in the 1999 movie The Matrix and the subsequent follow ups in 2003 which grossed $1.6 billion in box office receipts.
Like the Matrix, Jupiter Ascending is an original work by the directing due who have not found hits easy to come by since their 2008 under achiever Speed Racer. Channing Tatum on the other hand is on a roll at the moment with his roles in Haywire, The Vow and 21 Jump Street just in recent months, as well as having G.I. Joe: Retaliation coming up later in the year and seems to be one of Hollywood's brightest rising stars. While Mila Kunis is also getting accustom to success with her last two movies Black Swan and Friends with Benefits.
