"G.I. Joe: Retaliation" director, Jon Chu, is reportedly in talks to take the helm of the long awaited "Masters of the Universe" live action reboot.
It has been speculated for a while that Sony have been looking to bring "Masters of the Universe" to the big screen once again and Deadline are reporting that Chu is the man they want to do it, although talks are at a very early stage.
In 2010, screenwriters Mike Finch and Alex Letvak (Predators) were hired by Sony to draft a new script but it is not known whether this will be considered for the new movie.
