20th Century Fox launched a new app yesterday, one that will allow users to purchase and download films, at a discounted price, directly to your iOS device.

The app, Movie of the Day, is available for free and offers approximately 850 films to choose from.  Each day, a different film is featured in a flash sale format, for you to purchase from iTunes.  There is also a countdown clock, which allows the user to see how much time is left remaining on availability.  Films will range from $4.99 to $9.99 in price.
