Warner Bros., along with producer David Heyman, will be rebooting the classic tale of Willy Wonka. The studio has acquired the rights from Roald Dahl's estate.
It is said that the film will follow the early adventures of Wonka, but it isn't known what other characters may wind up in the film.
Dahl's book, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, has been made into two films - Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory in 1971 and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in 2005.
