CBS Films Acquires The Woman in Cabin 10
CBS Film has announced that they have acquires the rights to mystery/thriller "The Woman in Cabin 10", which was written by bestselling author Ruth Ware.

The novel will be adapted to film by Hillary Seitz ("Eagle Eye", "Insomnia") and produced by The Gotham Group ("The Maze Runner").

"The Woman in Cabin 10" tells the story of journalist Lo Blacklock, who, according to the statement released, "is given the travel magazine assignment of a lifetime: spend a week on a boutique ultra-luxury cruise ship with only a handful of unimaginably wealthy travelers.  Lo's dreamlike experience could not be more perfect until late one night when she witnesses an unspeakable act culminating with a woman being thrown overboard.  Making matters worse, the following morning all of the passengers remain accounted for and the ship sails on as if nothing has happened."

Terry Press, President of CBS Films, said, "Ruth Ware has crafted a beautiful and sophisticated mind-bending thriller. We look forward to working with Hillary, The Gotham Group and the terrific team at Simon & Schuster to bring THE WOMAN IN CABIN 10 to movie going audiences around the world".
