Despite the recent exit of Live Nation's executive Heather Parry, some much-anticipated projects are still going through, such as the David Bowie IMAX experience and a series about the mothers of rock stars. Parry lost her job after a long investigation of workplace bullying.
A spokesperson for the company says that the schedule will still move ahead under executives Ryan Kroft, Matt Stein, and Chad Wasser.
The Bowie Project will be based on the late singer and his music. The other project hails from Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl's mother Virginia. It is based on her book titled "From Cradle to Stage: Stories from the Mothers Who Rocked and Raised Rock Stars." It features stories from the mothers of Pharrell, Dr. Dre, Amy Winehouse, members of Haim and Michael Stipe.
Other projects that are in the works include a project involving Noah Cyrus, the younger sister of Miley, and one that focuses on the German-born pop singer Kim Petras.
