Steven Spielberg to Direct Film Based on His Life

Steven Spielberg has added another film to his schedule - one that will be loosely based on his own life. The director will also help with the screenwriting.

The film will be based on his childhood in Arizona, a place that he has said was a huge inspiration for his film career, giving him ideas for stories, as well as characters. The film is set to be released sometime in 2022.

Before we get that film, however, Spielberg's retelling of "West Side Story" will be his next outing, due out at the end of this year.
