An eight-episode order was given by Netflix to an untitled spy thriller starring and executive produced by Arnold Schwarzenegger. The series also stars Monica Barbaro (Top Gun: Maverick).
The series follows the story of a father and daughter who learn that they've each been secretly working for the CIA. With this realization, they also come to see that their whole relationship is a lie and that they truly don't know each other. Now, they are tasked with working together professionally and work through their family dynamics.
"Fans from all over the world have been asking me for a wild ride like this for years, and now they're finally going to get it because of our great partners at Skydance and Netflix. I am beyond pumped to start work on the show with Nick and Monica and the whole team," Schwarzenegger said.
