Dwayne Johnson has signed on to voice the DC character Krypto the Superdog, Superman's dog, in the upcoming Warner Bros' animated feature DC League of Super-Pets. It will be the first feature to star the super pooch. No other casting news has been announced yet.
Writer/director Jared Stern will work alongside co-director Sam Levine, as well as producers Patricia Hicks, Johnson, Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia. John Requa, Glenn Ficarra, and Nicholas Stoller will executive produce.
The film is slated for a May 20, 2022 release.
