It's being reported that Lionsgate is looking into acquiring, in part or whole, STX Entertainment.
STX has suffered from difficulties and was saved in December by a merger with Eros for $173 million. This was only the first step of the plan, as they were looking to shop out the company and look for more interest and proposals.
STX is responsible for the films that include "The Gift", "Greenland", and "Queenpins".
