Kevin Bacon has been cast in the newest installment of the "Beverly Hills Cop" franchise, "Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley". He joins Eddie Murphy, who will reprise his role as Foley.
The Netflix film will be produced by Murphy, alongside Jerry Bruckheimer and Chad Oman of Jerry Bruckheimer Films. Melissa Reid of Jerry Bruckheimer Films will co-produce and Charisse Hewitt-Webster and Ray Angelic will executive produce.
"Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley" will also star Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Taylour Paige, as well as Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Paul Reiser, and Bronson Pinchot all reprising their roles from the previous films.
