Time To Stomp Into 7-Eleven for this Jurassic World Rebirth Takeover

While a Big Gulp can quench an enormous thirst, there is an even bigger event coming to 7-Eleven this summer. 7-Eleven collaborated with Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment to celebrate the upcoming summer blockbuster, Jurassic World Rebirth.

Beginning on June 4, 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores will be taken over by the dinosaurs that wreak havoc in the Jurassic World series. Even though some people might hope one of those dinosaurs has a pure heart and will not cause them imminent danger, there is always a reason to avoid interfering with nature.

The special collaborative event will feature several items, including drinkware collectibles, specialty food, and a Slurpee takeover. Luckily for everyone involved, these offerings are not a step back to the prehistoric era in either flavor or concept.

The new drinkware collections include special Big Gulp cups. Also, there will be badge-style dangler straws.

According to 7-Eleven, cups will feature Titanosaurus, Mosasaurus, and Quetzalcoatlus. Like many collectible items, there will always be one image, or in this case, a dinosaur, that will become the must-have one. Although all three creatures are extremely fierce, some people will want a particular character.

Personally, the Quetzalcoatlus is the most interesting one. Based on the winged serpent images of the Mesoamerican deity Quetzalcoatl, this pterosaur will cause havoc from the sky and on the ground. Fear from all directions can be the most dangerous creator.

Since everyone enjoys a limited-time beverage, 7-Eleven is pouring new themed drinks. They are Mission: Deep Blue and Mission: Colossal Cherry. Although the flavors are not necessarily new, the names add to the overall experience. Maybe when that Mission: Colossal Cherry is served in a Jurassic World Rebirth cup, it tastes even more epic.

For some fans, it might be fun to create a blend of the two Mission flavors. Just like the scientists spliced together DNA, it can be tasty to see what is the perfect ratio of Blue Raspberry to Cherry. It seems likely that a super fan will post their special creation for all to see.

The Slurpee is not the only 7-Eleven food and beverage getting a Jurassic makeover. The 7-Select Gummi Dinosaurs bring some sweetness to the event.

Also, the 7-Select Replenish Blue Raspberry Zero Sugar is a great choice to keep people light on their feet when they have to break out into a sprint. Combined with that serpentine motion, the hydrating beverage ensures a quick escape.

Lastly, 7-Eleven will be serving some big deals for the takeover. 5-piece Bone-in Wings are just $5. Also, two pizza slices and a Big Gulp are just $4. These value meal deals would even satisfy the apex predator of the group.

While all 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores will offer these specialty items, select locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Beavercreek, Ohio, will feature a complete makeover. From June 27 through July 6, the special stores will totally transform into the Jurassic era with decor, exclusive merchandise, and more.
