Wild Horse Nine (2026)

Wild Horse Nine is Martin McDonagh’s upcoming film about a CIA operation that goes off course in a remote landscape, pushing a group of operatives into a tense and unpredictable mission. As the situation tightens, the team has to navigate shifting loyalties, dangerous terrain, and the pressure of staying in control when the assignment stops making sense.

The film brings together Sam Rockwell, John Malkovich, Steve Buscemi, Parker Posey, and Tom Waits in a darkly comic crime thriller setting. With McDonagh writing and directing for Searchlight Pictures, Wild Horse Nine blends character-driven tension with the filmmaker’s sharply edged tone, aiming for a story that feels both offbeat and high-stakes without giving away its ending.
