Animal Kingdom: The Complete First Season
As we see these people vying for their place in the family...the audience can easily become caught up in the awkwardness of it all. With a somewhat perverse reverse Oedipus complex dynamic occurring on a regular basis.

Girl With All The Gifts
While this is a typical zombie movie, I like that the plot incorporated a few new concepts into the story.
The Founder
The Founder may evoke sympathy for the McDonald brothers and their descendants and may turn fans of McDonald’s off the franchise, as it left me angry and sad and tired of greedy people and the corporations they run.
Sand Castle
While the material isn’t necessarily anything new or earth-shattering – we all know from the news the struggles out troops have faced overseas – I thought the movie presented a slightly more interesting view of what when on there.
Fate of The Furious
The series has a loyal fan base and if the crowds for the previous screenings are any indications this movie will do very well at the box office. With movies nine and ten already announced, it looks like we will be seeing a lot more of Dom and company in the future.
Silicon Valley: The Complete Third Season
Audiences seem to enjoy Silicon Valley and with the way the show is going, I don’t see that waning anytime soon.
Veep: The Complete Fifth Season
The season finale is a shocker, with series regulars on the outs and new people ending up being in.
War on Everyone
Skarsgard and Pena have great timing and an easy rapport that make the plot just a little more interesting.
Lion
An amazing story, terrific acting, some well-done directing and several poignant scenes makes Lion memorable.
The Bye Bye Man
(The Bye Bye Man) had some potential but maybe for budget reasons the characters and plot never fully get fleshed out which is a shame. It had the makings of an original psychological/sci-fi thriller but just can’t seem to deliver.
