Ridley Scott Discusses Prometheus Run Time
Ridley Scott sat down recently at a press conference in Paris and discussed his upcoming film, "Prometheus".  While the MPAA is still debating the rating, Scott assures us that the rest of the film is up to him.

"The cut that you're gonna see in cinemas…it's always the director's cut, really… In this instance, you got a pretty good version here, pretty good cut. We're running at about -- I think without the end titles, which normally run about four to five minutes -- we're running one hour, fifty-nine minutes and change. It's very tight, it's what it should be", said Scott.

And since the director is known for releasing 'Extended' or 'Ultimate' versions of his films, it is likely that we can expect a longer cut of the film once it is released to DVD.

"Prometheus" is scheduled for a June 8, 2012 release.

Countdown to the release of Prometheus, with the iPhone Movie Clock App.
