Chris Meledandri, Illumination founder and CEO, along with Janet Healy will be producing the film and Chris Renaud will return to direct. Brian Lynch will also be returning to pen the script.
"The Secret Life of Pets" includes a voice cast of Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Steve Coogan, Ellie Kemper, Bobby Moynihan, Lake Bell, Dana Carvey, Hannibal Buress, Jenny Slate and Albert Brooks. The film has already earned over $400 million worldwide, with $300.3 million of that being earned domestically.
