A lost horror film becomes a live, immersive experience where guests step into the story and become part of the production

A lost horror movie will take center stage this spring in Las Vegas as Universal Horror Unleashed premieres “Feaster Grievings,” an original, story-driven attraction that blurs the line between film and reality. Running from April 1 through May 2, 2026, the experience invites guests to step inside an unfinished production and help bring it to life.

This type of immersive storytelling continues to evolve beyond traditional haunted attractions, leaning into cinematic experiences where guests are no longer just observers but active participants in the narrative.

The event centers on the legend of a cursed film that was never completed, now mysteriously resurfacing years later. At the heart of the story is Feaster Bunny, the project’s sinister lead, who is determined to finally finish his movie, no matter the cost. Guests aren’t just observers; they are cast members. Upon entry, they receive a call sheet and are immediately pulled into the film’s production, transforming them into on-screen participants in a story that was never meant to be finished.

The narrative unfolds like a live movie shoot gone wrong. Guests begin with a “rotten egg hunt,” a key scene in the film that introduces them to its unsettling world and characters. Among them is Grace, a spoiled young girl whose cruel obsession with her tortured bunny drives much of the film’s eerie tension. As guests move through the experience, they piece together the fragments of the unfinished story while actively performing in it.

In Feaster Bunny’s workshop, located inside Boiler Bar, guests encounter the unhinged actor behind the character, stepping into what feels like a behind-the-scenes moment of the production. Here, the lines between actor and role blur, reinforcing the idea that the film, and its horrors, have taken on a life of their own.

The experience builds toward its climactic “final scene” in Hedge Maze Madness at Jack’s Alley. With the “cameras rolling,” guests must navigate a twisting hedge maze in search of a golden egg, all while evading Feaster Bunny’s devoted followers. It’s the film’s intended ending, one that was never originally shot, now completed in real time with guests as its stars.

While the focus remains on the film narrative, the event is enhanced by themed food and drink offerings inspired by its grotesque aesthetic, such as Bloody Egg Cake Pops and The Feaster-tini.

“Feaster Grievings” is included with general admission to Universal Horror Unleashed, located in the AREA15 District.
