The Last of Us Synopsis
The Last of Us is a television series based on the popular video game of the same name. It is produced by HBO and follows the story of Joel and Ellie, two survivors navigating a post-apocalyptic world filled with danger. The series is set 20 years after the start of a global pandemic that has decimated civilization and is described as a blend of action, survival, and emotion, featuring complex characters and relationships set against the backdrop of a broken world. It is directed by Johan Renck and features Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey in the lead roles.
