As Hollywood prepares for the 83rd Annual Golden Globes, Nobu brings select menu items to guests nationwide, offering a rare taste of the star-studded celebration.
Ahead of the 83rd Annual Golden Globes on January 11, the preview event revealed the signature Nobu dishes that Hollywood’s elite will enjoy at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. While many people dream of sharing a table with the glitterati, Nobu Restaurants are serving select specialty menu items. Now everyone can get a taste of what the stars are eating.
The annual Golden Globes event is Hollywood’s spectacle. On one night, the best and brightest from movies, television, and pop culture converge. As they sip Moët & Chandon, they dine on a spectacular meal from Nobu.
For the third year, Nobu Restaurants and Chef Nobu Matsuhisa are partnering with the Golden Globes. This year’s menu includes several signature dishes. Some of the individually plated menu items include: Yellowtail Jalapeño, Caviar Cup, Lobster Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing, Tai Matsuhisa Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Salmon Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Tuna Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, and Miso Black Cod.
Although a reservation for a Golden Globes table is not available on OpenTable or Resy, Nobu is offering a taste of some of the specialty dishes at several of its signature restaurants. Specifically, there is a new Golden Globes To-Go Offering.
Available at Nobu 57 and Nobu Downtown in New York, Nobu Malibu, Nobu Los Angeles, and Matsuhisa, the to-go menu features dishes from the in-ballroom menu. This special offering means not having to worry about finding the perfect outfit or potentially getting caught on camera mid-bite. Even though people are eating at home, they are dining on the same meal.
Since many people enjoy creating a festive at-home watching party, this Nobu menu with a bottle of Moët & Chandon is the perfect way to toast all the wins, epic speeches, and unpredictable moments of the evening.
Additionally, Nobu has created a new Limited-Edition Golden Globes Dish. Available from December 12, 2025, through January 11, 2026, the Golden Yuzu Lobster can be enjoyed at select Nobu locations, including: Matushisa, Nobu Los Angeles, and Nobu Malibu.
The contrast of the vibrant citrus and the succulent lobster makes this well-balanced dish a shining star. As food lovers appreciate, Nobu’s dishes epitomize refined luxury. Superior ingredients with impeccably balanced flavor make every dish a celebration of sophistication.
One of the signature pairings is the Golden Yuzu Lobster with Moët Rosé Impérial. The wine’s subtle floral and juicy red fruit complement the citrus and lobster. The pairing is clearly a stellar combination.
While the menu is clearly a winner, everyone will have to watch the 83rd Annual Golden Globes to see who brings home one of the coveted awards. The show airs live on CBS and streams on Paramount+ on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.
