From the writer-director of Evil Dead Rise, Lee Cronin’s twisted reimagining of one of horror’s most iconic stories follows a family plunged into a nightmare after their young daughter vanishes in the desert without a trace. Eight years later, the family is stunned when she is returned to them—but what should have been a joyful reunion quickly spirals into terror.

The film stars Jack Reynor, Laia Costa, May Calamawy, Natalie Grace, and Veronica Falcón. Written and directed by Cronin, the film is produced by James Wan, Jason Blum, and John Keville. Lee Cronin’s The Mummy promises an audacious new vision of the classic monster tale.
